These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the emas25 platform, including all betting, casino, and gaming services offered at emas25.app. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age to open an emas25 account or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform. emas25 enforces strict KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to confirm age. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed and all funds returned.
Each individual may hold only one active emas25 account. Operating multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances across all accounts, and a report to emas25's fraud prevention partners.
All emas25 accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are all calculated and settled in IDR. No foreign currency conversions are applied by emas25; players depositing via international channels are responsible for any conversion fees charged by their bank.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the applicable promotion page. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until the stated rollover requirement is met. emas25 reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus offers at any time with reasonable notice.
emas25 prohibits the use of automated betting systems, arbitrage software, VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, collusion between players, and any form of fraud or exploitation of platform errors. Any account found engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
To open and maintain an emas25 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The opening of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and mobile phone number. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your emas25 login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. emas25 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact emas25 support immediately at support@emas25.app.
3.4 KYC Verification. emas25 may request KYC documentation at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other time at its sole discretion. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e-KTP, passport, or SIM), proof of residential address, and, where payments are made via bank transfer, confirmation of bank account ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by emas25 may be suspended.
3.5 Account Closure by Member. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting emas25 customer support. Prior to closure, emas25 will process any pending withdrawal of your real-money balance in accordance with Section 4. Any unused Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.
3.6 Account Closure by emas25. emas25 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where emas25 reasonably suspects a breach of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, or conduct harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Members.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. emas25 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. emas25 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time; the current list is always displayed on the Platform.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit is Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Rupiah) unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular payment method. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by emas25, though individual banks and e-wallet providers may impose their own transaction limits.
4.3 Deposit Processing Time. Deposits made via local bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your emas25 Account within 5 minutes of successful transfer confirmation. emas25 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
4.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed by emas25 within an average of 15 minutes from the time of request submission during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required under Section 3.4. emas25 targets same-day settlement for all withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 WIB.
4.5 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal is Rp 100.000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah). Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name, matching the name on the emas25 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
4.6 Source of Funds. emas25 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds in connection with any deposit or withdrawal, particularly where the transaction volume is unusually high or where patterns suggest potential misuse of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in temporary hold or return of the relevant funds.
5.1 General. All bets and wagers placed on the emas25 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, or togel — as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and this Agreement, the product-specific rules shall prevail for matters within their scope.
5.2 Sportsbook. Sportsbook odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is confirmed and a Bet ID is issued, the odds are locked. emas25 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error. BRI Liga 1 markets, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and all other competitions are offered subject to their respective governing-body rules and may be suspended or cancelled without notice.
5.3 Live In-Play Betting. In-play bets on live matches are accepted subject to real-time availability. emas25 may suspend in-play markets at any time during a match. Bets accepted after a key event (goal, red card, penalty) that was not yet reflected in the odds at the time of placement may be voided by emas25 at its sole discretion.
5.4 Casino Games. All casino games — including live dealer tables operated by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live — use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems where applicable. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages are available within the relevant game's information panel.
5.5 Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results published on the Platform are sourced from the official draw operator of the relevant pool (Singapore, Sydney, Hong Kong, or Macau). emas25 is not responsible for discrepancies arising from errors in third-party draw result transmissions; in such cases, the official draw result as published by the relevant pool operator shall be final.
5.6 Bet Finality. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member. Decisions made by emas25 in relation to bet settlement are final, subject only to the formal dispute process described in Section 14.
6.1 Eligibility. Bonus offers are available to eligible Members as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonus offers are available to verified Members who have made at least one real-money deposit. emas25 reserves the right to exclude any Member from a promotion at its sole discretion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to a rollover (turnover) requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable rollover multiplier and any game contribution weighting are set out in the specific promotion's terms page. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived exclusively from those funds.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. emas25 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using automated software to meet wagering requirements; placing low-risk or risk-free bets across multiple outcomes solely to meet rollover requirements ("bonus washing"). Any Member found to have abused a bonus offer will have the relevant Bonus Funds and associated winnings voided, and the Account may be permanently closed.
6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. emas25 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Modifications will not affect bets already placed from Bonus Funds prior to the modification taking effect.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the emas25 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:
8.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, odds data, and the overall look and feel of the website — is the property of emas25 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
8.3 The emas25 name, logo, and all related product and service names are trademarks of emas25. You must not use these trademarks without the prior written consent of emas25.
9.1 emas25 is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal information is governed by the emas25 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
9.2 By creating an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, marketing communications (where you have opted in), and statutory regulatory reporting.
9.3 emas25 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and emas25 cannot guarantee absolute data security.
10.1 emas25 is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help Members maintain control of their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion. 11.1 No Warranty. The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
11.2 Service Interruptions. emas25 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from temporary or permanent unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, cyberattacks, force majeure events, or any cause beyond emas25's reasonable control.
11.3 Betting Losses. emas25 shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred by a Member as a result of bets placed on the Platform. Gambling inherently involves risk, and Members participate at their own discretion and risk.
11.4 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, emas25's aggregate liability to any Member for any cause of action arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.5 Indemnity. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless emas25 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement or your use of the Platform.
12.1 emas25 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, emas25 will provide notice via email to the address registered on your Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the changes take effect.
12.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 3.5.
12.3 The most current version of this Agreement is always accessible at emas25.app/terms-conditions and is identified by the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page.
13.1 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which emas25 holds its international gaming license. Nothing in this clause limits the application of mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply to you as a resident of Indonesia.
13.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Services, you are encouraged to contact emas25 customer support in the first instance. The majority of disputes can be resolved promptly through our standard support process.
13.3 Formal Dispute Process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body as specified in emas25's dispute resolution policy. The language of arbitration shall be English.
13.4 Time Limit for Claims. Any claim arising under this Agreement must be raised within six (6) months of the date on which the Member knew, or reasonably should have known, of the facts giving rise to the claim. Claims raised after this period are time-barred.
